He did a thorough inspection of our HVAC before recommending what services needed to be done and explained why they needed to be done. He is very straightforward answering all questions pertaining to the HVAC replacement. We felt very comfortable talking to him without any pressure. He represented the company well. On the day they arrived, Oscar specifically explained what they are going to do (exactly what was written in the contract). They were very professional, hard-working, courteous, and very mindful of safety (wearing mask and shoe boots) and cleanliness.
